👋 Regan here! The founder of Revie.
When I was trying to get pregnant, I was convinced everything I did had an impact. Like every choice was either helping or hurting. So I tried to do it all perfectly.
I’d research every food before I ate it, track everything, and beat myself up over the smallest slip. I was so hyper fixated on getting it right that I never stopped to ask what it was doing to my mental health. It was only adding more stress.
It wasn’t until I was completely exhausted and needed a break that I finally let go. I don’t recommend getting there that way. Looking back, I wish I’d had someone help me see it a lot sooner.
This week is all about getting to know your body without assuming everything is your fault.
Let’s get into it. 👇

🤫 the next time the voice in your head gets a little too loud, ask yourself this question

Something for the afternoon crash. Something else for sleep. A tip for the bloating. A plan for the weight.
Four problems, four fixes. And none of them worked.
Why Nothing You've Tried for Your Menopause Symptoms Has Held
By the time we talk, she has usually decided the problem is her. She didn't stick with it. She wasn't consistent enough. She's read enough about menopause to know it's a difficult time, and she's quietly concluded that difficult is just what she gets now.
I want to offer a different explanation, because I think it's an important one.
Those four problems may be more connected than they seem. And it's very hard to fix something when you're treating it as four separate pieces.

You do not need more information about menopause. You need someone to look at your days and tell you what is actually happening and what to do first.
Work with Sigal to discover when your symptoms are occurring and then build a nutrition plan that fits into your schedule — and includes foods you like! With a game plan for this specific change, you can begin to build structure around your life and find relief from recurring menopause symptoms.
Not in menopause? The same idea applies. Take a look at our other nutrition coaches and find someone who fits where you are right now.
Before you go! Tell me, do you think you could move faster towards your goals if you had a coach that specialized in what you’re aiming for?
I read every reply, and love to hear from you!
Until next time,
