👋 Regan here! The founder of Revie.
For a long time I was really bad at being out of office. Like, truly bad. I’d answer emails from the airport, hop on “quick” calls from vacation, and check Slack between every single activity.
And yes, I’m still working on it. This newsletter is a week late because I was in the UK introducing my little one to my husband’s family, and stepping away for that took more effort than I’d like to admit.
For the last few years, my therapist has helped me figure out why. Growing up I was always chasing the next goal, award, or medal, because resting felt like proof I wasn’t enough. I could’ve kept going and achieving, but did I need to?
Understanding it didn’t make leaving any easier. It helped ease the fear, but it opened up a big question: how do I even begin to put a stop to this? Working with a coach, on the other hand, changed everything. We built an actual plan, scripts for what to say to myself and to other people, and little exercises that made each trip a bit less painful.
This week I’m getting into how therapy and coaching can each play a part in your life.
Let’s get into it. 👇

👀 Most of what you think you “should” be doing by now is made up.

🦄 What if we told you there’s a quick 5-minute quiz that can help you get the exact right support for that situation that feels uniquely yours to figure out? Try it out and see!

You're already in therapy. You're doing the work. You're unpacking things, understanding yourself better, making progress.
And yet, there's still something missing. A gap between the insight you've gained and the life you're actually living. Between knowing what you want and being able to go and get it.
If you're nodding along, you might not need more therapy. You might need a coach.

This session is designed to help you slow down, sort through the noise, and get clear on what’s really keeping you stuck. Look at the patterns, priorities, and pressures shaping where you are right now, then identify what actually needs your attention.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, a stronger sense of direction, and realistic next steps you can start using immediately. This is a supportive but honest space for women navigating change, rebuilding confidence, redefining themselves, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
Before you go! Tell me, do you think you could move faster towards your goals if you had a coach that specialized in what you’re aiming for?
I read every reply, and love to hear from you!
Until next time,
