👋 Regan here! The founder of Revie.
I can’t believe we’re already smack dab in the middle of June. It feels like the year is flying by. That might be because I’ve been sitting on some very exciting (personal) news that I’m now ready to share with you all!
My husband and I are expecting our first baby boy - coming this month ✨🐣
And with such a big life change, I'll be taking some time away to do the thing I built Revie to help other women do. Rest. Make space for my family. And actually allow myself time for maternity leave.
But just because I’m stepping out for a few weeks, doesn’t mean this train is slowing down. We're building harder than ever in the background. We have more coaches, more sessions and even more exciting news on the docket to come.
I know that none of this would be possible without my support system: from my acupuncturist to my partner and incredible team.
With my life so focused around this new chapter, I thought why not introduce you to a new perspective on motherhood. It’s wild, it’s fun, it’s everything at once.

Motherhood is an identity shift
More women are entering motherhood with a strong sense of who they are: from their careers and values to what they want from life. But when the baby arrives, so many of those plans are turned upside down. Maybe it's the sleeplessness or additional mental load - the question "where did I go?" starts to rear it's ugly head.
