👋 Regan here! The founder of Revie.

When I burnt out of corporate in 2022 I had already been in therapy for years. And genuinely, therapy was an incredible resource. It helped me understand who I was, why I operated the way I did, and how to actually manage my mental health. I'm a BIG advocate for it.

But I wanted something more. I didn't just want to understand myself. I wanted someone to help me build a framework for what I actually wanted my life to look like. What's next. What's possible. How do I get there.

That's where a life coach came in. Finding the right one took a while but when I did, something clicked. For the first time I actually had a plan for what my next chapter could look like. Quitting corporate was the right call for me, I knew that. But I didn't know where I was going. For a bit there I was just floating, no life raft in sight. Coaching helped me build my own.

And once I felt that, I couldn't stop thinking about how many other women were floating too.

Let's get into it. 👇

Not sure how to find the right life coach, or how to know if someone is actually a good fit?

Finding a life coach sounds straightforward until you try to do it.

You search, you scroll, you land on a dozen websites that all say roughly the same thing. Everyone is passionate about helping you reach your potential. Everyone has a framework. Everyone offers a free discovery call. But, after an hour of scrolling and 80 open tabs, you're no closer to knowing who is actually right for you.

This is one of the most common reasons women put off working with a coach.

Finding a coach that you love doesn't have to be another project on your never-ending to do list. Here's how to approach it...

In this 60 minute session with Nicole you’ll work through an Anchor, Upgrade and Mastery Method (grounded in Harvard Medical School Lifestyle Medicine) to learn how to build your Longevity Baseline.

What’s a Longevity Baseline? It’s your keystone habits designed for you to hold on your busiest weeks, not just your best ones.

Before you go! Tell me, where do you feel like you still need answers in order to make a decision that will help you move the needle in your life? Not all coaches are the right coach, but there is someone out there for you!

I read every reply, and love to hear from you!
