👋 Regan here! The founder of Revie.

For a long time I was running on the belief that if I just did enough, was helpful enough, said yes enough, people would like me. And it worked. Until it really, really didn't.

When I was younger the system worked. I didn't have the mental load, my own goals to chase, friendships to maintain, a life and business to run. Saying yes was easy when there weren't that many balls in the air.

But life gets bigger. And at some point you can only say yes for so long before it starts to take over. It took working with someone to help me see that the pressure wasn't coming from outside. It was coming from me.

That was both the most uncomfortable and most freeing thing I've ever realized.

Let's get into it. 👇

Over time, this constant state of high alert leads to physical ailments, emotional strain, and eventual burnout.

We often tell ourselves we are just being efficient, organized, or helpful. But at what cost?

When we live under constant internal pressure, our nervous system doesn't know the difference between a real, hard deadline and a self-imposed one. To your body, the urgency feels exactly the same.

Your heart beats a little faster. Your shoulders creep up toward your ears. You might notice yourself staring blankly at the screen, caught in a cognitive freeze because your brain is treating a simple task like a survival threat.

Why do we do this to ourselves?

Coach session card for Revie featuring self-love coach Colinda. Card reads Calm Under Pressure: Reduce stress and build your 7-day reset.

In this 90-minute coaching session, uncover what’s really creating stress and explore which demands can be released and which situations need a different way of responding.

This session isn’t about becoming calm all the time.

It’s about recognizing what no longer belongs on your shoulders and building healthier ways to respond to the demands that remain.

Before you go! Tell me, do you also walk the line of doing the most and doing too much? If you listen to your gut what is it telling you to take a step back from to clear some space?

I read every reply, and love to hear from you!
